Growth Intern (m/f/d) at Merantix Momentum (Berlin) – German Visa Sponsorship Available

What we do

Merantix Momentum is a Berlin-based AI startup focusing on accelerating AI adoption across many industries through B2B solutions as well as Publicly Funded Research Projects. We work across several domains including automotive, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and many more, and transform businesses as an external machine learning department using our core expertise in state-of-the-art machine learning combined with our culture of rapid iterations to build scalable solutions.

Our current projects include developing logistics solutions for retailers, quality assurance tools for manufacturing, machine-learning systems for visual quality control, NLP solutions, e.g. text classification and NER, for the legal and financial domain, and others.

Your role

The Mission of this role is to support our company’s growth initiatives through effective sales and marketing strategies. You will closely work with the marketing and sales managers and with cross-functional teams in the organization to align growth strategies.

These will be your main responsibilities:

• Assist the growth team in lead generation and prospecting activities;
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions for various channels;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities;
• Help organize and participate in sales and marketing events;
• Support the project management team in guiding first conversations and identifying relevant requests for proposal;
• Assist in administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities.

Your profile

The ideal candidate loves to explore challenges in sales and marketing and brings excellent skills in communication and organization to excel in this role. Our hierarchy is flat and communication direct, which means that we operate and learn fast, as a team.

YOU are a great fit for our team if you :

• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English mandatory, German is a plus);
• Display enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards tasks and projects;
• Are proficient in using Google Suite;
• Have a basic understanding of CRMs, social media platforms and marketing tools;
• Can work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments;
• Take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, delivering results with accountability.
